    The workshop focuses on real-life movement patterns, helping participants move better in daily activities, training, and sport while reducing the risk of injury. It combines education with hands-on practice, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

    STRENGTH

    The Strength Workshop is a hands-on training session designed to develop foundational and functional strength through safe, effective movement patterns. Participants will learn how to build strength efficiently while improving technique, body control, and confidence in training.

    The workshop emphasizes proper form, progressive loading, and full-body strength, ensuring participants can train safely and sustainably. Through guided exercises and practical coaching, attendees gain tools they can apply immediately to their workouts or daily activities.

    CONDITIONING

    The Conditioning Workshop is a high-energy, practical session designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and overall work capacity. Participants will learn how to train the body to perform better for longer, using efficient movement patterns and smart intensity management.

    The workshop combines functional exercises, interval-based training, and conditioning principles to help participants build stamina, resilience, and mental toughness without compromising technique or safety.

  • Thomas

    Cerboneschi

    Thomas was a high-level karate athlete in the 1990s, specializing in Kyokushinkai, a discipline focused on knockout performance. Through this career, he discovered INSEP and, more broadly, the world of elite sport and high performance.

    After his competitive career, he trained with major international fitness franchises, eventually becoming an instructor, LesMills Master Trainer, and creator of multiple training concepts. He also holds advanced certifications with StrongFirst and TRX, reinforcing his expertise in strength, power, and functional training systems.

    At the same time, he coached various elite athletes in karate, endurance racing (Spartan, ECR), and powerlifting.

    Several national federations—most notably the French Weightlifting Federation and the French Wrestling Federation (FFLDA), have called upon his expertise to develop educational programs and national training
    frameworks.
